How mobile therapy works

  1. Referral. A participant, family member, school or support coordinator completes our online referral form.

  2. First contact. We call to talk through goals, funding and the best place for sessions.

  3. Sessions where they’re useful. We see participants where the skills are needed: practising transfers in their own bathroom, using equipment in their own home, or working on fine motor tasks in their classroom.

  4. Reports. You get clear written reports for NDIS plan reviews, equipment funding and support coordinators.

Therapy at school

Rewired Therapy is a prequalified provider under the NSW Department of Education’s Specialist Allied Health and Behaviour Support Provider Scheme, so NSW public schools in Parramatta and Cumberland can engage us through the scheme’s simplified process. We can work with students in the classroom and playground, and share strategies with teachers and learning support staff.

For support coordinators

We accept referrals for participants with self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed funding. Referrals go to the therapist whose area the participant lives in, and we keep you updated with clear, timely reports.
